Welcome to Simone & Jedd’s amazing wedding at glorious Award Winning Mythe Barn, the day was full of music, laughter and soul. 



We would like to thank Simone, Jedd, all their family and friends and all the staff at Mythe Barn for making Ed feel so welcome on the day, and without further ado here is a peek at the wedding day and some details about their magical day! Good times!



From start to finish the wedding was full of smiles and chilled vibes, Simone’s elegant bridal preparations in the gorgeous bridal suite and Jedd’s groom’s preparations in the luxury courtyard rooms.



Simone and Jedd’s ceremony in The Oak Barn was intimate, warm, soulful and full of heartfelt emotion that was an honour to document.



Simone and Jedd exited the Mythe Barn venue to the most wonderful confetti moment with all their family and friends surrounding them and enjoying this happy time.



The lovely couple chose soulful music by the super talented Alex Harry to entertain their amazing guests in the pretty and colourful courtyard which was the perfect setting for the relaxed and happy vibes.

Relaxed and Beautiful Portraits in the surrounding Rural Meadows

It was wonderful to capture Simone and Jedd’s relaxed, modern, natural yet edgy wedding portraits taken in the meadows and surrounding cornfields and countryside, they both looked absolutely stunning!




The couples evening epic celebration was a total joy to document everyone getting involved on the dancefloor and enjoying the relaxed vibes in the courtyard with evening food and drinks.




The decor was clean and crisp with fresh decorations and beautiful whites with natural tones which set off the elegance of the venue perfectly.

The Wedding Industry Awards Winners East Midlands 2019

Happy Hello! We are Ed and Victoria, we are a creative team working together.


Ed is the super ace, professional, hardworking, caring and friendly photographer and Victoria is the busy busy, behind the scenes manager, business partners, a friendly, established & client focused team with over a combined 30 years full time experience in the photography industry.


Our main aim is to provide our clients with beautiful and emotive images and an awesome customer experience.


We put our clients front and centre, it is not about us, it is all about getting to know about our clients and their ideas and capturing a truly beautiful set of images that honestly capture the spirit and emotions of the wedding day.

We were so thrilled to be NOMINATED for The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA2019) by our super lovely clients, Sophie and Joe who were married at the Cattows Farm with Sami Tipi and their joyful, personal outdoor ceremony was performed by Jo at My Perfect Ceremony. Val Mattisson of Benessamy Wedding encouraged us to enter too at one of her networking meetings in Nottingham as we had never entered before and with a few days notice our wonderful clients from all over the UK and the World, kindly stepped up and voted.

The Professional and widely recognised award is split into 8 regions and we entered the East Midlands Region where we live and our office is based which covers the counties of Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Rutland, Northamptonshire and also Lincolnshire.

Well we super happily made it to the Regional Finals where we had been shortlisted down to 18 photographers from all those that entered the East Midlands Region.

The event was held at the Ladywood Estate in Rutland where we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Damian & Anna Bailey the owners and organisers of this wonderful event. 

It was super to watch all the hardworking talented suppliers going up to collect their awards and to be part of that too.

We are so very very happy to say that we WON the Best Photography Company for the EAST MIDLANDS Region.

It was fabulous to see other local wedding businesses at the Awards, including Mythe Barn Venue and Dress Me Pretty Bridal Rooms. 

The National Finals is held in London at Cafe de Paris a beautiful and decadent venue.
