None other than the stunningly rustic Old Cowshed, nestled in the charming town of Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
October brought its crisp air and palette of warm colors, creating the perfect backdrop for our couple's celebration. And folks, if you thought tradition dictated wedding preparations, think again. These two got ready *together*, splashing their own version of love, unity, and fun right from the word go.
Speaking of colours, one couldn't help but be charmed by the riot of vibrancy that adorned the venue. From the brilliantly hued flowers by Grace Florals to that startlingly pink sofa (it's cool, right?), it was nothing less than a visual feast.
As for the ceremony, it was every bit as remarkable. Set under the playful glow of the Holy Cow neon sign, surrounded by an intimate circle of loved ones, and of course, those twinkling disco balls (because, let's face it, everything is better with a disco ball).
Post the vows, the merry makers didn't just munch; they dined like kings and queens! All thanks to the culinary wizards at Thomas the Caterer, who laid out a spread fit for royalty. Just when you thought the fun was dialing down, the Bouncy Kings brought in their most royal bouncy castle, taking the cheer to a whole new level of fun!
The speeches were filled with laughter, tears, and cheers, and as twilight descended, it was time for the dance floor to light up. Highway 21, our cool as cucumber Band & DJ, took over the reigns, keeping the crowd on their feet and the dance floor vibrating with energy all night long. Of course, no epic party is complete without some midnight munchies! The delicious toasties from Jabberwocky's van were so scrumptious, they've been christened "legendary."
All in all, Steph and Eli's big day was a glorious mix of un-tradition, alternative and modern, cool and kitsch, fun and sentimental. It was nothing short of perfect.
