It’s an unusual partnership, in some ways. I hold the camera, always seeking the perfect shot, the unforgettable moments. Victoria, however, she's the captain, the guiding force, the backbone of this team. Her attention to detail, her organizational skills, her warmth, and her charisma keep us and our clients in seamless harmony. Every shot I take is imbued with her input, her vision.

Victoria and I have always strived to bring the same warmth, the same authenticity, to our work at Lovely Creatures. Leicester Guild Hall

Picture this: nestled right in the heart of Leicester, England, there's an enchanting old timber-framed building that goes by the name of the Guildhall. It's got stories dating all the way back to around 1390—talk about a throwback! For ages, it played the part of the city's town hall, up until they brought in the new kid on the block in 1876.

You'll find it tucked away on a quaint little street they now call Guildhall Lane, smack dab in the middle of the old walled city. The Guildhall has always been a happening spot, first hosting gatherings for the Guild of Corpus Christi, and later the more official-sounding Corporation of Leicester.

Oh, the tales this place could tell if its walls could talk! It's seen everything from council meetings and lavish feasts to courtroom dramas. It even served as a stage for theatrical performances. Heck, even the game-changing decision about the city's stand during the English Civil War was made within these walls.

Here's a fun fact for you: it's not just any old building. It's a Grade I listed building, which is a big deal in the preservation world. And if that's not enough, the Guildhall sits in a conservation area, rubbing shoulders with the majestic Cathedral of St Martin's. It's one of three such conservation areas in Leicester, making it part of the city's historic heart. So, if you're ever in the area, why not pay a visit? Hey there! Nestled in the heart of Leicester's charming Old Town Quarter, you'll find an enchanting wedding venue with over 600 years of history, the Leicester Guildhall. It's the perfect spot if you're dreaming of a one-of-a-kind city wedding. Plus, it has this secret little city oasis – a private enclosed courtyard, perfect for ceremonies and bubbly toasts.

Can you imagine saying "I do" in the Mayor's Parlour room? It's pretty special with its 15th-century stained glass windows, original fireplace, and stunning oak panelled walls. It's cosy and intimate, with room for 45 of your favourite people.

And for the bigger party? The 14th-century timber-framed Great Hall is the place. It's where grand feasts were once thrown and where Shakespeare's players once took the stage. It can hold a ceremony of up to 90 guests.
